VW Beetles (the old ones)
Discussion
In the last week, or so, I've seen more of these on the road than I have for many years.
It seems like the Swampy Hippy Hispter types have been using the lockdown to get busy with the spanners and get them back on the road. I wonder how many have MOT's ?
It is quite a nice to smell un-catted petrol exhaust fumes, especially if they are running a bit rich. I know it isn't the thing to admire the smells emanating from exhaust pipes but it is an extremely evocative and nostalgic smell, I love it.
