Hey guys, got a chance to buy a red vw beetle gt 3k needs floor and body work a lot !! are the worth doing as 80k miles 10 owners pretty thing but not sure on the market as I’m restoring a convertible and don’t want to see her go to waste, been told the engine and box with 3k but any advise gratefully received

Keep looking. Nut&bolt stuff is cheap but bodywork is not. Find a solid bodied car with a mechanical fault for a quicker and easier fix
