Audi A3 8P 3.2 post catalytic oxygen sensor replacement
Discussion
Hello all,
As per the thread title, I need to replace one of the post cat O2 sensors. In the collective experience of PistonHeads members, is this a part which should be OEM or would a good brand aftermarket (Bosch) be OK?
I'm wary of buy cheap buy twice, but I'm also aware that the dealer will potentially charge substantially more for a part which is probably made by Bosch anyway.
My local TPS won't sell to the public anymore.
A mechanic I used to use told me he often encountered problems with non OEM parts on VAG cars in terms of the parts being able to 'speak' to each other.
All thoughts and comments welcome.
