Hi all,

Got a VW Eos sat here that now I have a bit of time would really like to fix. The problem is that on starting, it fires and starts up but then almost immediately dies.

This would point to a couple of things I guess but I've gone over and checked a few things:

Replaced the fuel pump control module (although it was a 2nd hand one but it's behaves the same as the original one)
Tested the we get noise from the pump when manually applying 12v through it
There is fuel in it!
Tested all fuses in dash and under bonnet
Replaced ignition switch
Fully charged battery (disconnecting for a while to see if it clears anything)
Replaced battery in key to check it's not immobilised

All of which hasn't helped.

The last thing to do is to replace the fuel pump relay - but the problem is that I have no idea where it is! I've taken out part of the dash and located some relays and swapped various ones about (that have the same value but no change apparent. Apart from lower right hand side under the internal fuse box is there another location where the relays could be? It's not in the fusebox under the bonnet either.

It's a VW Eos 2.0 56 plate.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
