When / Which DSG Cars Have Paddle Shift ?

[iosman123]

Looking for a older 5 door car Golf / A3 / Seat fancy a DSG with paddle shift but finding it hard to tell which cars have it or was it generally an option ?

I’m almost certain Golfs got them way before everything else

I believe the A3 and TT were the first models to have DSG in UK, from 2003 IIRC but probably only the V6 engined models initially?

I had a 2004 A3, 3.2 (V6) DSG with paddle shifters, I think the DSG Golf came later?
