Any other Superb fans here?
I purchased my 2.0 SE diesel @ 1 year old/2k miles.. in 2015
Now 40k
Zero issues, apart from the cheat software update
Under £1k servicing in 5 years, will get the belt done this year
£30 tax
65 mpg on a 200 mile 70mph drive today
I was thinking of changing but what’s the point!
Superb tip - the parcel shelf slots down behind the rear seat if removed

Great cars, and with huge rear legroom.

A good few thousand taxi drivers can't be wrong.

I ran a 2015 model (new shape) for over 100k and it was faultless. Incredible value for money. Incidentally, I sold mine to a Taxi driver! Would have another one tomorrow..

2015 2.0 4wd estate.......48k miles now.

Been a pleasure to own and drive........just back from picking youngest up from uni and all his gear, 3 adults, 2 dogs, lots of boxes and still room for more if needed...superb car indeed.

Ahh!

I have a 2017 Se Tech from new (going back soon) most effortless 46,000 miles I have ever done. Fantastic car. Getting a Karoq next because of back issues, I am a real skoda convert now.

My son has a 190 Sportline Estate and he loves it. Loads of room for two child seats in back or adults with huge legroom, and a massive boot space. They actually look pretty good as well and it's a quick car for its size and inside trim is very good.

Mines only the 140bhp version. But feels surprisingly nippy & nimble for its size.
Soaks up the bumps from the typical Uk third world road surfaces better than previous cars..

I'd agree - I ended up with an octavia vrs estate but nearly bought the Superb SEL estate. Test-drive that started in a tight car park made me think the superb might be a tad tiresome given I often have to park in small car parks!

Yes. Parking is an issue at times it is almost exactly as wide and long as most spaces

Had one as a rental a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed driving it.

272 Sportline Plus Hatch for 2k mi now, and we're loving it. The space is bonkers and it hides it well. The current 3rd gen also looks pretty good imo, and stands up well against its VAG stablemates.

L&K 280 estate, bought secondhand a few months ago. I feel it stands comparison with the BMW E61 525d LCI that I had a few years ago for comfort, beats it for space and performance, and doesn't use much more fuel.

Massive interior space, sub 6 seconds to 60, 155mph, and 36mpg (brim to brim) on relatively short journeys. What's not to like?

Just to add my wife enjoys driving ours even though she initially had concerns about it's size.

I drove one around Iceland a couple of years ago (diesel 4WD variant] and thought it was excellent, so much so I considered buying a second hand one, however I wanted the petrol version and they’re pretty rare.

Was about to pull the trigger on a Sportline Diesel, but found we couldn't get our golf clubs in the back with all the trolleys and gear. Strangely it was a smidge narrower in the boot width than the old Mondeo estate. So, plumped for a Kodiaq Sportline instead. Absolutely love it, so does everyone else who goes in it. Great cars.
