Lack of power once hot

New to the forum
Just looking for some help as i have a weird problem
Iv brought an audi a4 2.0t b7 with 137k full service history mainly audi
The car was running cool so i changed the thermostat.It lacked power which was diagnosed as diverter valve which has been replaced and had an intercooler leak with i have now replaced.
The car drives fine now aslong as im on the move but after its left to sit while hot as soon as i start it again it it seriously lacking power.I thought it was the intercooler leak expanding once hot but this hasnt cured the problem.So something is getting hot and causing this but i have no idea what it could be.As soon as im steading driving and the air cooling the car the power returns.Any ideas what this could be ?
