Audi A3 2005 not getting into gear

Hello there, my Audi A3 2005 FSI at 100k miles has a problem with its gears. I can start the car and easily move into gear 1-6 and bites on each gear. When taking off from first gear and revving up past the 3000rpm it wont go into the second gear or any gear including the first gear, it will do this going from any gear when changing gear and moving. To get into gear i have to let the car slow down or sometimes it would let me get into gear when i revved upto around 2,000. Whats the problem here? Its just had a new clutch put in around 3 months ago.
