Audi S3 Remap

A first time poster, so apologies if this has been spoke about before.

I am looking at stage 1 remap of my Audi S3 (08 plate) does anyone know what chip companies are best to use in London, and what the all in costs would be. Also anyone any idea, how much faster the 0-60 / 0-100 should be on the back of a stage 1? And finally anything to watch for (is there a much higher wear and tear after a stage 1? Thanks in advance….

Be careful of gearbox limits, and turbocharger life as well. Some reports of turbos cooking after remaps.

I've just had my 10 plate tts remapped I think we have the same engine, I just had the existing system remapped gave me an extra 40 horses and a good torque increase, 0-60 is now sub 5 seconds but the main gain is 60-100 it's utterly ridiculous, touch the throttle and its off like a rocket you are travelling at over 100 in a matter of a few seconds, mpg seems to have improved as well
