Skoda Octavia Estate & "Cargo Elements" dividers

Afternoon all,

Just taken delivery of a new company vehicle (Skoda Octavia SE-L Estate 2.0d, 19MY). Think something might be missing: the "Cargo Elements", small velcro/detachable dividers/holders in the boot?

I know it sounds like a fuss over nothing, but if the lease company thinks it was delivered, I'll get charged when it goes back. Anyone have an idea if this is standard equipment on this model, or an extra/accessory?
