Audi s3 8l tuning

Hi all! i recently bought an Audi s3 8l 210hp (year 2000) with the APY engine (1.8T). The engine is completely stock but i'm trying to make it more powerful. I already ordered a bunch of silicone hoses (since one one of my rubber ones broke, so i'm looking forward to replacing them all st some point) and an Airtech front mount intercooler (680mm x 340mm x 60mm). I'm looking forward to get over the 300bhp+ mark. Could you guys please give me any tips on what to do next? what to modify ect.... All the ecu tuning will be done in my neighbor country Lithuania.

PS. A lot of suspension work was done by the previous owner (New 4 brakes and pads, new struts, new shocks, ect...) i don't know if it changes anything but keep it in mind just in case

To get past 300hp, you will need a bigger turbo, bigger exhaust manifold and to keep it all together, stronger con rods.
