Golf TDI clutch judder and gearbox release bearing?

Recently bought my fifth TDI 1.9 cc.Golf 2007.

It has a rumble and ticking noise when idling. This clears on depressing clutch and runs beautifully.

Also has slight judder on clutch engagement when pulling away in first gear. Mileage?? 115K.

Given it's age do I need to bother about either of these in the long run?

Any advice would be most welcome. thank you.
