Setting up a racing team.

Hello out there.

3 mates have bought a golf to track. We want to make things as fair as possible. Lets face it running a track car aint gona be cheap and damage has to be taken into consideration.

We have all paid a third of the total cost so far. Now that the project is up and running we want to set up some terms and conditions to ensure that we don't piss each other off by doing stuff that "the team" cant tolerate!! Listen to me "I sound like Frank Williams, but better looking."

Anyone got any little jems that they want to empart? Any help gratefully received. All we want is some fair ideas that we can put down on paper to help keep things friendly!?
