Audi A6 first service type and cost

Hi, new to this forum and seeking some advice. My Audi A6 has done 11k mileage and is coming up for its first service after being bought new two years ago. Two of my local Audi dealers are recommending a different type of service and I'm a bit confused as to what type of service I should be having as the two quotes are quite different (£350 vs £500). Can anyone offer advice on what type of service. I should have based on all of my mileage being done in town with local driving? TIA
