Leon ACC fault code?

Ever since I’ve had my leon the ACC has been a bit iffy, works fine for ages then just stops working. Can be raining, can be sunny etc, sometimes I’m not even using it and it comes up as unavailable.
The sensor looks fine
Ive scanned it and under the adaptive cruise control menu I am getting fault code 01541 (headlights being raised)
Any ideas?
