Octavia VRS suspension improvement suggestion
Discussion
Hi, I've been driving my Octavia mk3 VRS for 2.5 years now. I change in commute is meaning that I'm finding the roads less smooth and consequently getting a bit tired of being 'jiggled' around.
I have checked tire pressure and the transportation blocks are removed...
I'm was reading of some users swapping out for VW Golf suspension parts (was a couple of years back) on Briskoda forum. I'm investigating on there and awaiting a reply. Has anyone on here done anything similar (i.e. aftermarket parts or swap for other VAG suspension components) to improve their ride?
I'm toying with trading it in for something smoother running, but seems a shame to get ride of such a new, low mileage, otherwise enjoyable car.
Thanks in anticipation.

That is the standard VW group ride quality trait. Overly firm in the primary ride, and wallowy, vague and uninspiring when giving it some beans on a B road.
It can be corrected with aftermarket parts. No point harvesting parts from other VW group cars because they all exhibit the same traits.
Cheapest option - Racingline Springs at ~ £210.
Dearest option - Ohlins DFV coilovers ~ £2,300
A lot of crap in between, so choose wisely.
