Audi A3 convertible wind break

I bought an A3 convertible recently (registered Dec 2017) and want to buy a second hand wind break. Audi have advised the part number to match my chassis is 8v786291b. This was changed apparently in July 2017. Anyone know if I buy an older one whether it will fit? Second hand are about £50 compared to over £400 for a new one
