Audi Ensurance?

Has anybody signed up and used it?

I recently got a new S4 and have been assigned a relationship manager (ooooh!) and they are asking if I want to sign up to their Ensurance which seems be their own accident management system, bypassing your own insurance.

I was signed up to this automatically. Got letter one day followed by a phone call. Was also told my account manager will call me within 2 weeks, which never happened. Not that I care about it. Also got a plastic card with phone number.

They don't want to leave me alone at the moment, bombarded with emails etc

I'll sign up and see what happens, if anything......

It's a pile of rubbish. It's just a fancy name for an accident claims company run by KLS law.

When I had a non fault and used them their "like for like" for my S3 was a 1.5L a180d, which they billed £300 daily for.

Always read the small print with accident management; one I had the misfortune to deal with a few years back wanted me to accept liability for all costs in the event they could not recover from the third party insurer.
