Just bought a skoda scout 2010 model pd engin only getting 33mpg when you put your foot down it sounded like it's sucking air and around the turbo area sounds like it's sucking air but can't seem to find were there is oil on the suck side of the turbo pipes if I get hold of the flexi pipe there is movement on the above could these seals have gone there is a silver chrome bit that slots in
