Golf Mk4 Stereo

I recently aquired a Golf mk4 TDi 130. It is fitted with the Gamma radio/tape player/separate single disc player kit.
I much prefer a multichanger and would like to fit my kenwood kit if possible.
Plan is to remove the radio cassette unit and stick the kenwood head unit in there with the 10 disc probably in the boot.
How does the oem stereo come out?

I have a set of extractors.
There are 2 slots by the side of the sterio, and the single CD if fitted. the extractors simply fit inside and then you pull the unit out. You can also do it with a hacksaw blade, but risk marking the facia. If you want to borrow them, I will gladly pop them in the post for you ( as long as I get them back )
