As a mad Golf fan... I looked into getting an AMD chip and they told me what they could do for my golf. It seemed like a non-factory idea and I wasnt impressed as it was a hardware change.

I then decided to contact REVO and unfortunately there isnat a chip available for my 20.16v lump. However they did explain to me the process of how their chips work (software based) and a friend of mine is becoming a dealer in them.

What do you all think of REVO and would you get one if you could get one? They do a 5hr trial too I think?

You should have a search thru uk-mkivs or Seatcupra.net which has loads of Revo users and a Revo tech forum.

I lost all faith in them after meeting the guy that owned them and his attitude to other peoples property. If you want to know more do some searching on the net, I'm sure you will find enough to put you off. AMD on the other hand are light years ahead, and the product can be tuned to your particular car on the rolling road, rather than one map fits all!

You can have your mk3 ECU remapped via Geoff Everitt at Stealth or Star, maybe others too.
