S4 value?

I am looking for a run around and have been offered a 1999 V plate S4 saloon,dark blue metallic with leather,genuine 42k miles by the original owner...as it is a PX against a new car it sounds like it will come at a reasonable price.

Any thoughts to what it is worth or is it just silly to use it as a runaround just because it may be a good deal?

About 11K as a rough guestimate.

Watch the turbos though, they have an average life between 70K and 90K

The boy lizard will no doubt be along presently with armfuls of info though...

Tks Matt...i think that is around the price suggested...a lot of car for the money...maybe more car than i need.
