Audi Servicing help, please

Can anyone recommend a good independent audi specialist in/near Westcliff-on-Sea, near Southend?

My sister has an A2 that she's been quoted £700 for some service work (£300 service plus brake discs at £140each?) at the franchise dealer. Seems a bit steep to me but she likes the convenience of the pick-up and drop off aspect, as she's very busy.

Go to your local German & Swedish or Euorparts supplier. On the wall there are usally plenty of business cards advertising - or just ring them up. They alway know of people.

That's what I need when I had a Merc........
