Ko3 to Ko3s

Hi guys new to this, just wondering can you do a straight swap from ko3 to ko3s turbo on a mk4 golf without manifold change etc, I'm not fussed about remaps it will be getting these anyway.

It's not quite a straight swap , there are a fair number of bits and bobs that need changing around the turbo.

It is a straight swap or about as easy as any turbo change would be. That's all the bits you'd change anyway. We did it on my mates Ibiza Cupra.

K03s next to a K03..

Straight swop, but will need new gaskets and seals, oil and coolant. Cost me about £80 from TPS all in.

You will absolutely beed a remap. As it will not be fueling properly.
