We have just bought a Polish ( part of the EC now ) LH drive 1962 VW split screen camper ( or rather my son has ) it has a Polish log book and Polish reg number to match and an English MOT . We have the relevant V55/5 DVLA form to fill in , but this is very unclear about age related reg plates and historic taxation class ( exempt ) . The seller is known to us and has sold three previous Polish campers into the uk . Any one got any experience of sorting this sort of paperwork out ?.
