Afternoon all

I'm putting the final pieces together to a little business supplying aftermarket alloy wheels, tyres, mainly for BMW, Mercedes and the VW/Audi group and wondered if any of you fine lot know of or frequent any busy VAG owners forums you could point me in the direction of (other than PH of course!).

Cheers

Dean

www.seatcupra.net

Although to be allowed to advertise you'll have to become a forum sponsor. Worth asking the mods tho.

Thanks alot lads. Some great suggestions there.

Out of interest, how do you lot view aftermarket wheels, suspension etc in the VAG circles? Im thinking more newer vehicles (Audi A3/4/5/6, TT's, Seat Leon, Ibiza, VW golf, scirocco, passats etc). I'm looking into the whole stanced look (aggressive offsets etc) and wondered how it fares with you lot over here

Any feedback appreciated, cheers

I drive a mk1 Leon Cupra R and the only wheels I've ever seen on one that IMO look nicer than the standard ones are BBS CHs. Even then (again IMO) they only work in certain colour combos - anthracite wheels on a red or grey car being pretty much it.

That said there are probably loads of members on seatcupra.net who are into different rims, worth checking with the mods there.

Thanks mate. Great info.

BBS wheels will be catered for in due time (LM's aside, unless I get a request for them), and genuine BBS too. All wheels will be genuine, that's why I want to pick the forums to sponsor/support carefully.

And yes, CH's are gorgeous! A friend has em on his Mkiv R32 turbo. Lovely set of wheels on a lovely car

Hi all

I have a seat leon 2006 2.0 tdi, eml light came up with fault code
P2108 throttle actuator fault, a local garage replaced the part and reprogrammed using the vag comm tool after reprogramming the said they lost the complete dash? And had to do a factory reset using the vag tool since this was done the eml has stayed off and the car runs fine with no fault codes stored. Only problem now is the eml doesn't come on at all it should light up when you switch on the ignition and clears once it has cycled and not detected any faults. Has anyone had this problem before or can you guide me in the right direction to rectify. Thanks in advance
