Mk3 rusty bits, how much to sort?

Have teh usual rust 'bullet holes' on teh botton edge of teh driver's door and two more on eth sill underneath. One of them has gone right through. I rubbed them down and covered hem last summer, but hey are starting to bubbel again. How much will it cost (ish) to sort out properly. It's the only thing that's ever gone wrong with the thing. Are we talking hundreds and hundreds?
