Some advice / help if poss.

I'm thinking of ditching the BM 5 tourer (sorry - avant) in 2005/6 - and was thinking of the RS6 replacement... which I assume will 1/ happen and 2/ be off the drawing board by then.

Not talking RS6plus - which is both too early for my budget and probably sold out, as I understand it.

I phoned the local Audi dealer today, to 'express an interest' but he had heard nothing and had no idea if or when any RS replacement would happen. Took my name down, but I have a feeling it'll end up in the out box. (Story of my life).

Have any of you people heard anything as to whether, when and if?

Lastly I guess when the time comes, I could possibly trade for a second hand RS. Do many surface?

Judging by previous RS timescales the new RS6 won't be around till 2007/2008ish.

Not heard of any timescales for the RS6 replacement, which is probably bad news as far as you are concerned.

You might try the hardcore RS nutters over on www.RS246.com - they are likely to be better informed than I. Oh, and there's a 'For Sale' section as well for you to pick out your new wheels.
