Knocking noise on hot start

Hey - I have a 97 XJR v8 - which lately I have noticed is making a knocking/clattering sound on a hot start up (i.e 30mins to an hour after last use) the noise only lasts for 2 seconds and then goes away. The car doesn't make the slightest sound on a cold start-up.

Is this pre-tensioners?

Any help much appreciated!

That I would like to bet is the tensioners schuey, best have them examined as soon as possible.
