Independant Jag Specialist

I'm looking for an independant Specialist to service my S Type, does anyone have any remarks good or bad about the following people?

Marcus Barclay
Les Pauls
Surrey Jag

Or is there anyone else I should be looking at. I live in the Berkshire area of the UK.

My dad has used Marcus Barclay for his E-type a few times and has always had good service.

I've been using Surrey Jag Centre for three years, always had excellent service although I'd think twice before using their sub-contracted paintshop, results weren't as good as I was expecting...

I was just strolling back through here remembering the days when i used to own an xjs and came across someone recommending surrey jaguar centre. Bahahahahahahahaahahaha.

If anyone actually bothers responding to this post to find out why ill post the story of how they managed to get away with charging me £650 for doing nothing.

I would however recommend the car clinic in sutton, who were very good, although the access to it is a wee bit tricky in a limited vision big car like the xjs

Vastly summarised version : I asked them to do a pre-purchase inspection on my car, they didnt, charged me £650 for not doing anything, then ignored me when i complained.

Led to me selling my xjs and having my dream car bit shattered.
