S-Type water running over engine

I have a 1999 4.0l V8 S-Type which I love driving. I have a misfire problem which is being caused by the drain holes that take the water from the windscreen being bloked so that the water runs across the engine and gets into the plugs. Plugs and coils have to be replaced. I also had the car in a Jaguar dealer for the exact same problem July 2002.
Does any one know if this is a common problem on the S-Type or anyone else have the same problem.

No problem with that on the wife's car. It's the 3.0 litre, but we have had the car since October 1999. I have also not seen any Technical Service Bulletin notices (which are required by US Federal Law on widespread problems) arrive in the mail about that...

...Also, no TSB's on the X-type about my coolant system issues either...

It appears that this problem only occurs on the V8s. There has been a modification that is being fitted to my car and Jaguar have kindly agreed to pay for most of it. Once I find out exactly what the modification is I will post it here.
