Wheel painting?

Any ideas?
I have bought a new wheel for the car.
The wheels that are on it are the sport alloy types, with darker painted inserts.
The new wheel is completely silver, although the right shape, I need to paint the inserts a dark grey to match the remainder of the wheels.
What is the right paint, and how is the best way to do it?

If these are painted alloy, they will be powder coated and laquered, there is a company in Milton Keynes who can do this in any colour, they use multisite tyre fitting companies as agents.
