V8 Sovereign alarm system

I have just bought my first Jag, a 1998 4litre Sovereign. I have been on line to see about insurance and noticed that there are two types of alarm system that this car could have fitted. My question to those of you who know this model is how can you tell what you have on your car and did a Sovereign come fitted with a particular type of alarm system as standard. In case it makes any difference, this particular Jag is also fitted with a video system and individually controlled tv's in each rear head rest. Was this a factory option or after-market? Thanks for any help.
