Turn off air bag in XK8

Hi all,

before I call the dealer or the local specialist in the morning does anyone have any idea how much I might be looking at to have the passenger
air bag turned off on an XK8 ?

New family addition makes this a necessity if I'm to keep the Jag.
She who must be obeyed says it is not a practical car for a man with young kids.
I say young children deserve to be moved about the place in style. My three year old
fits a treat into the back seats. (Was this car actually sold new as a four seater or 2+2) !?!?

There is a technical bulletin 501-39 "Airbag Deactivation Switch - Installation Instructions - USA Vehicles", unfortunately I was not able to get this switch in Belgium as I needed one also, maybe you can get this in the UK?

My little one (just over 2 years old now) sometimes cries if I pick him up with mums car, he truly appreciates the XKR, and he hasn’t complained about practicality so far.
