Just been peering in at the local dealer, got me thinking..

So if you were to have one of each of Jaguars models which ones and why?
Doubt anyone would need one of each so hypothetically (lets say they were on buy one get one free!)


XKR convertible (when it comes out) - obvious choice really, its the fastest and has a convertible roof.

S-Type 2.7 diesel automatic - daily driver to get to work in and do local trips without costing a bomb in fuel, relax with the auto but still plenty fast enough.

XJ Sport - just the NA 4.2 V8 i think - since id have the supercharged engine in the XKR and shouldent be silly on the juice. For use on longer trips, picking up collegues, days out etc.

X-Type 3.0 AWD - For practicality (carrying logs to the seaside and dogs for the fire) and of course use in bad weather like snow & ice.

XKR Convertible - who needs a reason?
XJR - Big, beefy, fast, sexy and sublime. Plus it isn't bad on juice either.
S-TYPE R - Stick your M5s where the sun don't shine. The S-TYPE R is simply awesome.
X-TYPE 3.0 AWD Estate - Well, the missus will need a car won't she? You can fit so many M&S bags in the boot i'm sure she'll be happy.

I'd have all of them in black on black too.
