X300 Headlight Washer Jet - Help

I wonder if anyone can help.

My Dad's XJR has had one of it's chrome headlamp washer jets pinched. Having searched everywhere I can think of we still can't find one. We've ordered one but they are on back order with no clue as to how long it will take to come in.

The car is for sale so would obviously like to replace it as quickly as possible, does anyone know where I could get one from?
