V8 chain tensioners

How much does it cost to have the timing chain tensioners replaced?

Has anybody done it themselves? If so how long did it take and how much were parts?

I had all mine done with new chains as well, total cost about £1,200

Cost me (and Jaguar warranty) £1000. That was two years ago from Creamers of Kensington.
Don't see why it wouldn't be a fairly simple job for a compotent home mechanic (unlike myself).
