XJS help

After intially looking for a boxster thought go back to when i had a Xjs years ago

Any advice on getting a XJs convertible, what are the pitfalls.

I would suggest you post this question to the Jaguar Lovers Forum (& then the sub XJS Forum). Input the name into Google & hey presto.There are thousands of members with experiance of buying & running an XJS who are more than willing to share there expertise. Also dont forget to look in the Archives since yours is a perennial question. And good luck!

you also probably want to look at the owners clubs. There are two for Jags (in general) plus specialist ones for different models.

The "Jaguar Drivers Club" is www.jaguardriver.co.uk
and "The Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club" is www.jec.org.uk

They are both international despite their .UK domains

Both club mags have a for sale section in the back, for members... at least there the owners probably loved the cars.
