Realistic price for an X reg high mileage XK8?

I am still after an XK8 and have seen one that took my interest -
2001 on an X (facelifted model)
Satnav,
18" rims,
Blue in colour,
Full Jag history.
Pristine condition.

Does £14k sound reasonable?

Sorry, mileage is 125k
20" rims would fullow shortly but not included in the sale price.
