need to know the tyre size for xjr v8 info i know is 255 ? 18 Has anyone used other tyres apart from pirelly what do you think thanks

Hello! I do believe its 40. I got fed up with having to buy new Pirellis every five mins, so tried Continentals and found them lacking in grip. Now using Avons and theyre excellent. I got bombasted on here a while ago for suggesting Avons but my experiences have been very good, they cope with the power of my 'enhanced' XJR perfectly and are wearing much, much better than Pirellis, also considerably cheaper. Cant be bad eh?

About the same I'd say, but a LOT quieter.
