Has anyone tried the new exhausts from David Manners? Does it sound ok and is there any 'booming' at motorway speeds?

Just found out that the exhausts are made by 'Blueflame'. I have a set on my motorbike and they are 'kin loud. No one got a set on their jags? or know of anyone with them on?

what Jag??

Edit just read your profile.

Most louder exhausts will drone at some speed.

I took both back boxes off my XK8 and just put a straight through pipe at each side.

The sound is that pedigree V8 roar in my opinion.
As for drone a little at low speeds but nothing at motorway speed unless you hit the gas.

I've got the David Manners exhaust on my XK. SOUNDS GREAT! No motorway boom, a nice burble on tickover and a handsome V8 raspy roar when you kickdown. Totally unobtrusive when you're cruising.

David (mr Manners to you lot) was showing them off to me a few weeks back - they certainly look the part and he was reasonably excited about them being ready. He claimed that they wouldn't make too much of a difference noisewise, more aimed making the right sound instead of just lots of it
