1946 Jaguar MK IV
Discussion
A Mark IV is even older than my XK150 and certainly much rarer.
You might find sources for parts on eBay, I certainly see a lot of ads for XK parts there, though I must admit I've never tried to find parts for the even older cars.
Another website you probably want to take a look at is www.jag-lovers.org. They have a forum for pre-XK Jags. If it's anything like the XK forum it well be full of people in a good position to help you.
There are owners clubs, for Jags in general there are two main clubs "The Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club" which you can find on www.jec.org.uk and there is "The Jaguar Drivers’ Club" on www.jaguardriver.co.uk/ they are both world wide clubs.
I suspect there is probably a more specific club for earlier saloon cars.
The club magazines have loads of ads for suppliers of parts for classic Jags, who might be able to help you.
Hope this helps a bit
