How do you check the coolant level on this bloody thing?

Ok so I take the coolant cap off, (It's the one as you look at the engine towards the inside, on the right innit?) , what level is it ment to be at? Cos I can't for the life of me work out where the level indicator is?

Well I can see the coolant if i look down into it, but should be filled to the top??
