Has anyone fitted the Arden 25mm wheel spacers/ studs from Racing Green?
A DIY project?
If so, any snags?
Also, who's fitted the number plate plinth that RG do?
Is it an easy DIY jobbie?

not fitted these particular ones but generally spacers are just bolted on to the existing hubs and the wheels are then bolted onto the spaces. Easy peasy.

The number plate plinths are easy to fit too, most seem secured by a few screws.

I have fitted the RG number plate plinth and it is an easy diy job. Should take no more that half an hour.

RG quote quite alot of money for fitting spacers because they have to set up wheel alignment - so this may not be DIY

hi, i've just had my spacers taken off my xk, as i have gone for bigger 20 inch wheels and had the next size up spacers the arden spacers are easy to fit and you do not need to have the alignment done, but saying that most tyre places will onl charge 20 quid or so to fit them anyway, which saves taking each wheel off individually.
the spacers make the car look alot better and i recommend you lower the car aswell
