2016 F Type 3.0 Roadster Q's

Wondering if anyone can answer a couple of questions for me please. On a 16 plate roadster is there a wind deflector that universally fits them? I've noticed where it would go that there's some chrome covers. Unsure if they can be removed to put a windbreaker in.

Also, would they have all of come with cruise control? Looking at the steering wheel where others have the controls this one doesn't have it. Seems odd that a car of this year wouldn't have it. I can upload a couple of pictures if that helps. Lastly is there a chassis decoder that can be used to get the full spec of it? Thanks

US sold base models did not have cruise control, all UK RHD models should have it
