How to improve the "Alpine premium sound system" ? (mp3...)

Hello ,

I own a 2004 Jaguar XKR (photo below) and I would like to improve my
"Alpine premium sound system" by adding a mp3 cd changer (in fact : replacing the old changer by a mp3 changer).

Do you have any useful experience ?
I believe I can use this mp3 cd changer : Alpine CHA-S634

Do you know if I need this adapter : "KCA-130B Ai-NET - DIN Adapter" ?

In fact it depends on the interface used for the changer : the new Ai-Net or the old M-bus.
Do you know which one does the premium sound system use ?

Is the original Jaguar/Alpine cd changer the same as the Alpine CHM-S630 ? (M-bus)

Moreover is there a way to add an Ipod to the system ?

the ipod system will work if you connect an adaptor box into the Ai-net link. ideallyyou would need an ipod controller head unit. otherwise you will have to manually play with the ipod.
