2021 E Pace Stereo

Hi all

Hoping someone can help or has had a similar issue. We have a 2021 E Pace with the updated touchscreen and every now and then the audio goes off but is still showing on the screen and sometimes it shows select a source, and even when you select a source it takes a while to come back on. If using CarPlay on and it goes off so you switch source to FM car play will come back on and it’s playing two things at once.
It’s been back to Jaguar three times and each time they say there’s nothing wrong and do a software update.
