X351 Diesel waterpump

Hi

I am having the timing belt replaced on my 2016 XJ.
The garage is saying that at 38k miles a waterpump is not
necessary. Just Idlers and Belt.

Is this right ?

Given the labour to do it all in the first place, at 7 years old it's a no brainer to replace IMO.
