Just missed out on one at Robert Hughes (although he seems like a bit pompous for me to deals with anyway.
There’s another one available that will leave a healthy budget that has been sold previously by a couple of well respected indi’s so I’ll try and look at that.
However it’s got the pepperpots (that I’ve never liked),seeing yours the stance is perfect. Are this alloys from the XJ40?

The thing with Robert Hughes is that you should be able to trust the provenance and quality of the car, he doesn't really do the usual old shi**ers. At least that's the experience I've heard from purchasers and he is well known...
Yes the Lattice 16" from a XJS Le Mans. You should try and find the 7" rim as with the 8", like I have you have to change the offsets or fit some spacers on the front.
Stance curtesy of Eibach and Gas...

Thanks for that, just read some decent info on wheel/tyre combos on the KWE site as well.
As for RH,it's not the first time I've been astonished by his pompous attitude when interested in a car,( maybe it's my Essex accent/)won't be bothering again.

I liked the 17" pepper pot designs they had, but bulked at the price, the TWR XJS wheels (15") are particularly handsome and sometime they are cheaper on eBay then the equivalent cross spoke lattice wheels. here's another view with the 16"s
