Sat unsold for a couple of years now I actually tried to view the last time I was up in Glasgow . Sadly it wasnt in their Showroom but at their Storage Facility and I was coming back South later that afternoon . Interestingly I got a call from the sister who has apparently seen the vehicle and recommended it as being " my sort of car ". Classic Jaguars mean commitment and at the moment time is scarce , at 60 years of age perhaps im just making excuses .

I like the interior, not sure about the Willow Green exterior though; looks a bit insipid on an E-Type IMHO.

It’s actually a lot better in the flesh Simpo and common on both the Series 2 and Series 1 1/2 . I have saw it applied to a MK 9 though I can’t say if that was an original colour . Primrose and Heather I struggle with . I remember Series 3 Convertible in Heather sat in Appleyard unsold for months back in 1974 . Even as a kid it struck me as a colour more for the Californian sunshine than a wet Friday night in Maryhill

I like Willow Green, a body colour from the past with Jaguar.

I remember when I had an S Type I saw a Willow Green S Type parked up, looked really good. I assumed it was done to order.
